Tickets and fares for public transport in Pančevo
City and suburban transport in Pančevo has been operated by Pantransport since June 2025. Fares are zone-based — the city and nearest settlements are zone I, more distant Banat villages are zones II and III.
How to pay for the ride
Tickets are bought from the driver on board or in advance at the bus station. The price depends on the destination zone; regular passengers can request a monthly pass from the operator.
Single tickets by zone
- Zone I — city and surroundings — on board 110 RSD (Starčevo and Jabuka 100 RSD)
- Zone II — Kačarevo, Banatsko Novo Selo, Omoljica — 160 RSD
- Zone III — Glogonj, Dolovo, Ivanovo, Banatski Brestovac — 190 RSD
Monthly and intercity tickets
- Monthly pass — issued on request (form on the operator’s site)
- Pančevo — Belgrade — one way 300 RSD, return 500 RSD
- Pančevo — Belgrade (students) — one way 250 RSD, return 400 RSD
Reduced-fare categories
Entitlement to reduced or free travel is decided by the City of Pančevo and claimed with the appropriate ID at the operator. The most common categories are:
- pupils and students (reduced monthly passes)
- pensioners and people over 65
- people with disabilities and their companions
- social welfare recipients and other categories set by the City
Good to know
- The zone is determined by the final destination, so the same line can cost differently within the city and to a village at the end of the route.
- A ticket bought on board is slightly more expensive than one bought in advance — check the price list before you travel.
