1. Nature of the service

busevi.rs is an information service about public transport in Serbia — it shows timetables, service changes and the line map, including BG Voz (the city railway). The site is not an official service of any operator or city authority and is not affiliated with them. The data shown is informational.

2. Accuracy of the data

We do our best to keep the data as accurate and up to date as possible, but we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or availability at any given moment. Timetables, departures and service changes may deviate from the actual situation on the ground. For official and binding information rely on the responsible operator.

Intercity and international transport. Departures, arrivals, routes and operators in these sections are taken from publicly available registers of approved timetables and are for information only. A timetable may change without notice and a departure may be cancelled — check the departure with the operator or at the bus station before travelling. busevi.rs does not sell tickets and is not a party to the contract of carriage.

3. Limitation of liability

The site is provided strictly "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Serbia, busevi.rs, its authors and contributors bear no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, loss or cost (including, but not limited to: missed departures, being late for work, financial loss or missed appointments) that may arise from using the site, relying on the information shown on it, or from a temporary unavailability of the service. By using this site you accept that you use the information at your own risk.

4. Rules of use

• Use the site in accordance with the law and in good faith.
• It is not permitted to disrupt the operation of the site, to scrape data on a scale that burdens the service, or to misuse the content.
• Content you post in "Rider's voice" (comments, complaints, reports, praise, suggestions) must be decent and truthful. Offensive content, hate speech, unlawful or promotional content, as well as other people's personal data, are forbidden. You are responsible for the content you publish. We reserve the right to review, remove or hide entries, and to limit the number of entries to prevent abuse. By publishing, you consent to your entry being shown publicly on the site.

5. Intellectual property

The design, texts and code of the site are protected by the applicable rights. Map data belongs to the OpenStreetMap contributors, under their licences.

6. Third-party links and ads

The site may contain ads and links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. Read more about data processing in the Privacy policy.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to change the service and these terms at any time. By continuing to use the site after a change you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes are resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia.
