Under construction. Phase one runs from Železnik to Pančevački most — 16 kilometres and 16 stations, including about 11 kilometres of tunnel bored by two machines sourced from China. The full line is announced for 2030.
Belgrade Metro
Belgrade does not have a metro in service yet. Works on Line 1 are under way, and three lines are planned, crossing at Savski trg, Blok 21, Ustanička and Mirijevo. This page has the routes, every station and the state of works — no timetables, because there are none yet.

In preparation. The route links Zemun and Bežanija with Mirijevo via Savski trg and Slavija. Works are announced to begin in 2027–2028.
Planned. The longest of the three lines — it links Bežanija and New Belgrade with Banjica via Ušće, Kalemegdan and Vukov spomenik. No dates have been set.

How many metro lines are planned?
