Public transport tickets and fares in Split
City and suburban buses in and around Split are run by Promet Split. Since 1 June 2026 the single fare depends on the route between municipalities rather than zones: a ride within Split costs €1.50 in advance and is valid for 60 minutes.
How to pay
Buy tickets in advance at Promet sales points and kiosks, from machines and online, or load them on a stored-value card — they are then half the price of buying from the driver. The driver charges the full fare.
