Roadworks in Karađorđeva Street

During the reconstruction of the tram tracks and overhead contact network in Karađorđeva Street, public transport lines will operate under a changed regime. The works are being carried out on the tram right-of-way in Karađorđeva Street, on the section from the roundabout near Geozavod (the right side of the roundabout, looking towards Sajam, is closed) to Savski trg (the new SAO 6 street).

This section of Karađorđeva Street will be closed to traffic from 21 June to 1 September 2026, and public transport vehicles will operate as follows:

Changes to tram services

• Tram lines 2 and 11 are still not operating.

• Temporary tram line 2L continues to operate on the route: Pristanište – Dorćol – Vukov spomenik – Trg Slavija – Gospodarska mehana.

Changes to bus services

• Temporary line 2A (Dorćol /SRC „Milan Gale Muškatirović“/ – Beograd na vodi – Dorćol):

  • Route: SRC „Milan Gale Muškatirović“ – Tadeuša Košćuška – Bulevar vojvode Bojovića – Karađorđeva – SAO 9 (the new street along the Sava embankment, from the Brankov most area to the roundabout at the former BAS bus station) – roundabout at the former BAS – Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona – Beograd na vodi – Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona – SAO 9 – Hercegovačka – roundabout near Geozavod – Milorada Ekmečića – Braće Krsmanović – Karađorđeva – Bulevar vojvode Bojovića – Tadeuša Košćuška – SRC „Milan Gale Muškatirović“.

• Lines 51, 511, 601 and EKO 2 (towards Sajam and Trg Slavija):

  • Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona – SAO 4 (Kraljice Drage Obrenović) – SAO 6 (Luke Ćelovića Trebinjca) – Savski trg – Bulevar kralja Aleksandra I Karađorđevića (Savska) and then along their regular routes.

• Lines 51, 511, 601, 51N and 601N (towards Beograd na vodi, Bele vode and Surčin):

  • Bulevar kralja Aleksandra I Karađorđevića (Savska) – Nikolaja Kravcova – Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona to the „Beograd na vodi“ terminus.

• Line EKO 2 (towards the „Beograd na vodi“ terminus):

  • Nemanjina – Bulevar kralja Aleksandra I Karađorđevića (Savska) – Nikolaja Kravcova – Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona to the „Beograd na vodi“ terminus.

Stop changes

⚠️ Stop suspension: Temporarily suspended: the bus stop „Brankov most“ (in both directions) for line 2A.

In addition to all existing stops on the changed section of the route, the following temporary stops for line 2A are being introduced:

• „Pristanište 1“ (towards Brankov most): in Karađorđeva Street, at the position of the electricity distribution (ED) pole located 5 metres before the stop line, near house number 11.

• „Pristanište 1“ (towards Kalemegdan): in Karađorđeva Street, at the position of the ED pole located 10 metres before the stop line, near Velike stepenice Street.

• „Milorada Ekmečića 1“ (towards Kalemegdan): in Milorada Ekmečića Street in front of house number 2 (about 30 metres before the intersection with Braće Krsmanović Street).
